The Hadleigh hotel was exceptional in every way. The Hadleigh hotel is great for everyone Five Stars all the way.

Met expectations at price bracket.

The reception staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. He kindly helped me carry my luggage from the ground floor all the way to the top floor and assisted me with the key. I really appreciated his warm hospitality and excellent service.

The bathroom fixtures, including the soap holder, faucet, and shower unit, are deteriorated and affect the overall impression of the bathroom. In addition, one of the furniture with drawers obstructs access to the bathroom, causing inconvenience and making the space less comfortable to use. The electrical fan was too small for a 3-bed room during hot summer, also visibly dirty and would benefit from thorough cleaning.

Good location, short walk from the sea.

Dust accumulated in lots of places like the TV, radiator, cleaners clearly aren't meticulous. Nightstand light and one ceiling light burned out. No slippers provided. No handsoap provided beyond a tiny bar on your mattress. No shampoo, only bodywash. Paint job in a dire state. Also, foyer was a untidy mess which speaks a lot to the state of the rest of the hotel. You are provided a key to your room, a literal metal key, which isn't a problem in itself but why is there a keycard holder affixed to the wall?
