I loved the cleanliness very much.

They could respond a bit faster to issues. My heating was faulty, took a while to fix, needed someone to come see it asap. They did after a while with apologies, so it was all good.

The location was good, rooms spacious, had a gated secured parking garage which was free, communication and help from them was just a call away every time which was splendid. Seating on a Tesco store meant that you could get water, groceries on the go as well.

We booked on a short notice and they did a very good job. So I would say well done on that!

Location was excellent. Size of the apartment very good. Lots of spare bedding and towels Balcony a great asset.

The kitchen wasn't particularly well equipped, it covered the bare minimum of requirements as far as utensils and crockery were concerned. The whole flat was surface clean but would benefit from a regular deep clean (we paid an extra £140 for that facility). Sofa stained as were the mattresses.

The lounge was bright, airy and comfortable. It was ideally situated for restaurants, shops and transport links. The gated car park was an added bonus. The provision of coffee, tea and biscuits was a nice touch. The bath sheets were a bonus - nothing worse than tiny towels!

Major issue with the second bedroom having no blind - that basically renders the room unusable, especially in the height of summer! The bathroom and the kitchen require updating. The bathroom has an electric shower which is on its way out - keeps going cold. The bath is chipped and rusted, which I find unacceptable. No dishwasher means guests are washing the pots and I found a lot of them had to be washed before use, as they were greasy. Something that should be checked by the cleaners. The kitchen is ill-equipped for any more than a short stay and kitchen utensils are of poor quality - utensil handles fell off, forks bent on use. The ‘chopping board’ was a piece of plywood 😆! Whilst the owners were happy to provide a travel cot, they didn’t offer a highchair - it was a struggle getting one up two flights of stairs.
