Was a comfy and well sized room. Staff were lovely and very attentive.
Bathroom (fan) had a smell to it which wouldn’t go away, although we got used to it- just commenting as some people are more sensitive to smells.
We had some ants come through a gap in the window when it was raining but nothing too major that caused an issue just had to avoid using the desk.

Receptionist spoke very good English, so he was able to help us out with advice and answer any questions. Free water refill and coffee down stairs with a pool table. It came with free breakfast, portions were small, but you had the choice of how your eggs were done, some pieces of bread and some pieces of fruit. The room was superb. Fantastic views, clean bed, electric heated shower
We booked a van to the train station through these guys. They kept trying to reassure us it would be fine, and the van would turn up on time. It was 45 mins late and we were rushing to get through security and on the train. If you are doing this, book a van well in advance. Every type of service is slower in Laos fyi

The staff were excellent. Joseph at reception was very welcoming and supportive during my stay. The property itself sits on the river with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and temples. A terrace with plenty of space to work from. All round a very positive experience.

One bathroom between multiple rooms however was not really an issue as I was there during off peak seasons

"Wir waren ein zweites Mal, für eine Nacht, da und hatten ein Doppelzimmer. Zuvor waren wir im dazugehörigen Meet Sunset Villa, und waren jetzt sehr angenehm überrascht wie groß und geräumig das Zimmer..."
