Just do not stay here it's a shoe box and owner is rude

This was my second stay and would happily stay again. Clean and quiet, with hot showers and comfy beds. The room was spacious and there's a communal balcony outside with seating. We stayed a few nights and the cleaners are very friendly and helpful. It's the quietest motel I've come across in Kempsey. Great value for money.

No hot water tap in the kitchenette, and recommend bring your own soap etc. Also the curtain at the front needed repairs.

It was clean and tidy. They provide you with enough kitchenware and even a large standing fridge.

The location is not fantastic. Unfortunately there is a caravan park out the back and some of the locals were up fighting outside through the night. There is also limited parking spaces for the amount of rooms the motel has. So a lot of guests have to park along the driveway. The beds do need replacing.

I could not say what I liked. But it was not so clean. There was a sofa which was dirty and had dog fur on it.

Cleanliness was not upto expectations. I was tired after the drive so I had no choice.

The room was spacious, well supplied with everything we needed. NO road noise made for a quiet restful night.

Tv remote did not work properly, lighting in room very dim, lighting in kitchen area not working. No hotel information in room, Ie found Chromecast hanging out of TV not plugged in ( had no idea this was available until we were checking to leave)

The spacious fridge, clean bedding, good iron

The curtains didn’t fit the windows, the cob webs hanging from the ceiling, no wine glasses

Good location close to food outlets. Plenty of equipment and plates and cutlery

Many small cockroaches is the room, Chain missing from door lock, Strong disinfectant smell
