Location was good. I was able to self checkin, instructions were clear. It was clean.

Wifi was very slow, during the entrance after rain the kind of backyard area (where the stairs were had leaves and water after rain) so you can't drag your bag there (but it got cleaned next day) One day there was no hot water (I think everyone else might be using hot water) The rooms had less sound proofing b/w them so one can really listen to the noise from other side.

Location was amazing, room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was top quality

Couldn’t link my Netflix or phone in general to the TV. Made the feature redundant.

Lokalizacja była znakomita, blisko stacji metra, dobrze skomunikowany dojazd do centrum. Blisko sklepy spożywcze i kawiarnie. Sam w sobie obiekt czysty, była lodówka, sztućce (widelce i łyżki), czajnik, kubki

Brak kuchni, ale głównie brak noży.

Location is very convenient for public transport (metro or tram). Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets around. Clean room and bathroom. Modern facilities.

Our room was below ground level, so there is hardly any natural light coming into the room. This also means that whenever you open the windows, you will be letting plenty of dust in, since the windows open right into the ground. On top of this, the room's lightbulbs are not very strong, so the room feels dim all the time. The room sorely lacks chairs. There is no place to sit, other than a single stool which you will likely use as a bedside table since there are no bedside tables either, so you can't use it as a chair anymore. There are also no plates. Overall, the room just lacks things that are very easy fixes and I don't understand why they don't address them, given that the room rate is not cheap. IMPORTANT: If your arrival time is before 15:00 or your departure time from Prague is after 10:00, there is no way you will be able to leave your luggage anywhere, so I really don't recommend this place for people whose flight schedules don't match the check-in and check-out times. And while we're on the topic of check-in and check-out times, it baffles me why their check-in is so late (15:00) and check-out is so early (10:00) when the area to be cleaned is so small.
