Mooi uitzicht, fijn zwembad en gezellig terras om buiten te zitten.

De geur binnen in het appartement. Dit komt door een fout in het septic systeem. Het was niet fijn om binnen te zijn en hebben voornamelijk buiten verbleven.

Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig! Heerlijk terras met zwembad en warme buitendouche, gezellige woonkamer met open keuken. Ideaal met gezin of meerdere stellen vanwege de extra badkamers en het aparte bijhuis met keuken en douche. Heerlijk rustig gelegen.

Amazing views from the patio and swimming pool. Plenty of room in the property and aircon in all rooms although the house stays quite cool without it anyway. Lovely bathrooms and comfy beds, nice decour. Swimming pool was perfect depth as we could all touch the bottom which made it easier for playing games with kids (12 & 18years) although for small kids they would need armbands and a parent in with them as it’s all one depth and accessed via steps, no safety fence. It’s not huge but big enough to cool off in and play catch. Temperature was perfect so could always just get straight in and water stayed clean throughout our stay. Beautiful views across the sea and stunning sunsets looking out over the pool in the evening. Very peaceful location but the disadvantage is that the road becomes a dirt track which has potholes and deep ridges so need to take it slowly and carefully when driving up and down it. Only about 25min drive into Cagliari where we found a nice shopping centre with some good shops, a few restaurants and a large Carrefour. Local Co-op and restaurant that also served takeaway pizza only few mins drive away just past the bottom of the road and the harbour with a nice restaurant. Beaches within 20-30min drive with lovely clear waters for snorkelling and swimming. Definitely need a car!

Only 2 sunloungers so if more than 2 adults wanting to use them then might be an issue. The 3rd bedroom/bathroom with small kitchenette is in a separate building to the main house which was perfect for us as our 18yr old could have her own space but might not suit family with lots of small children. Would be ideal if mainly adults/teenagers. On windy days there was an awful aroma from the septic tank which mainly affected the smaller building. Limited cooking facilities as it’s a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen but we managed with simple meals, there is a sort of oven but not the size you would expect in a villa and there was a microwave in the smaller building.
