Spacious apartment and surrounding area is ideal, with Nakeel Mall and West Beach immediately at hand. Team poking after property are immediately at hand and very attentive when required. Security staff at the apartment are very friendly.

A Little maintenance is required to the apartment, around some of the handles and doors, but this is not a distraction.

I had an exceptional experience staying at this apartment in Palm West Beach, Dubai, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. My trip was unexpectedly affected by a flight cancellation due to a difficult war situation, but the owner, Peter, went above and beyond to support me. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and flexible, he not only postponed my booking without any hassle but also generously offered a discount as a gesture of goodwill during such a stressful time. His compassion truly made a difference. I would also like to sincerely thank Ana, who was managing the apartment during my stay. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that I felt comfortable at all times. The apartment itself was outstanding, spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Palm West Beach, offering both convenience and stunning surroundings. I especially loved the infinity pool and the private beach access at Oceana. Being able to step out from the terrace and start a relaxing walk along the beautiful beachfront was an absolute highlight. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. From the hospitality to the amenities and the breathtaking location, it was a truly memorable experience. I would gladly return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubai.

В объекте хорошая квадратура . Перед квартирой небольшой собственный дворик. Где можно полежать на лежаках. Попить кофе по утрам ( когда строителей нету )

1. Объект находиться на 1ом этаже со стороны набережной . А с другой стороны на -1 этом этаже, а там парковка. Угарный газ всегда присутствует . 2. Каждое утро ( кроме выходных) со стороны море паркуются грузовые машины и соответсвенно от туда тоже угарный газ , куча строителей . Короче , хотите вы того или нет - вы будите участвовать в стройке всегда . А я там жил 3 недели . Все время ругаться с охраной - надоедает (чтобы не ставили машину возле вас ) может быть хотели денег 🤷‍♂️ ! 3. Бассейн . Детского басенка нету . И все дети на входе во взрослый бассейн. Всегда куча детей . Общее впечатление - я бы не вернулся туда еще раз .
