The room was fully self contained, well setup and everything you need for a cosy stay. The showers a bit weird but you can get over that. Aircon heaters worked well and the room is super functional.
Checkin was easy with collection close by.
Bus stop for the snow fields is just outside the door.
Not really any negatives - the washer drier is near impossible to use and takes 4 cycles to dry clothes.

Private, Quiet. Acces to Hotel Onsen and the Hotel Restaurant. Plenty of shuttle buses to various resorts.
Walking distance to Restaurants.
The gentleman at the reception helped arrange transport of our skis to Sapporo. Very kind and helpful.
Hotel Bus took us to the Happoo Bus Station Transfer Location.
Unit has a washer/dryer combo.

Self contained, all the amenities we needed, daily cleaning
Check in process was a little confusing, no communication in advance of our stay and incorrect information on the listing
