The property is beautiful, great facilities, great location, it is cleaned everyday. Tried the spa - hammam and deep tissue just before heading out to the airport. Samira did great a job, very happy with the service! The members of staff were amazing, very kind, super attentive & always ready to help. Adam, Ali, the guy in the evening shifts & I believe Fauzia. Also appreciated the fact that they had EU adapters. I forgot to bring one from the UK and they had a few which was very helpful.

The garden definitely needs more lighting at night time as there was none around the pool which I thought was a bit dangerous due to health and safety. The menu is very limited. On arrival I was told breakfast would be different everyday but it was the same. Dinner/lunch was also the same, no variety, it was only tagine. I do understand this is the traditional dish, but a bit more options would be great because that’s all I ate during my stay, I was looking forward to trying other Moroccan dishes. Loved my room with a private pool, but the aircon didn’t work very well, so despite being on, my room was still quite warm especially at night & also the internet didn’t work no matter how much I tried to connect it.

Nous avons tout aimé!
