Clean, close to Ithaca, pretty surroundings.

Lack of blinds and curtains that fully close on all windows (lack of privacy). Lots of stink bugs in house.

It was perfect for our family. The backyard was so serene, hard to believe you are so close to downtown! And the beds were so comfotable after a 10 hour car trip! We really appreciated the fresh milk and creamer to go with the provided coffee choices.

The fireplace was wonderful, and the house as whole had everything we needed.

The road is so loud. It was much harder to handle than we expected, not having known how busy a road it was.

The hosts were friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive. They even accommodated our last-minute request for an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Every message we sent was answered within minutes, and the clear communication made everything effortless. The detailed house manual and daily reminders about things like numbers to call and checkout procedures made our stay feel organized and thoughtful. Loved the backyard with fire pit although we didn’t use it as it was raining during our stay. The house decor was done with great taste. Love the record player and board games too. Overall, it’s clear the hosts take this very seriously. We truly felt well cared for. Highly recommend for families looking for a convenient, comfortable, and seamless stay.

The rooms that are on the side near the road can be a little noisy but hosts have earplugs available to help if anyone is too sensitive to sound. The bedroom on the other side is very quiet.
