Excellent facilities: dishwasher, cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer. Nice bathroom. Many large cupboards Nice decor Good location. When issues came up the company were extremely quick and efficient at sorting out the issues

This is a property that is new to rent out. There are definite teething problems. 1. Parking: we were not advised of the exact spot to park in. Only by letting the company know did we finds out that we also had to give the licence plate and have a "code" displayed in the car. 2. There are no drawers in the kitchen! All the cutlery and the items for cooking were piled in a container. 3. Nowhere to put/hang wet jackets in a large hallway 4. Nowhere to put the toilet roll excepet on the floor 5. Only 4 of everything in the kitchen with a large dishwasher. Either you wash up or put the d.w. on half empty. Also, if you want more than one spoon or bowl for a meal then you have to wash up in the middle of a meal. 6. The blinds in the bedroom are made of paper and do not go up so no way of have light come in. 7. The key box was difficult to locate and open. Only one set of keys was an issue. 8. No where to hang towels in the bathroom. 9. Cleaners left wet towels and bedding in the cupboards! So there is an issue with the cleaners
