We absolutely loved staying here and it really felt like a little home. The staff were so kind and lovely, and the apartment was super clean. Great location with bars and restaurants around and only a short walk to Nissi Beach. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartments are clean, very friendly staff who couldn't do enough. Location is perfect for Ayia Napa.
Short walk to the beach, the best end of town including the amazing Nissi Beach .
Short walk to town with restaurants and all things needed .
Highly recommended, and the price is great too!

near to the nice small beach, very clean , nice ladies by checking in.
it was very basic. No coffee machine, if you are going to cook in the apartment it wouldn’t be a right choice as there is no enough plates and cooking facilities in it. Air conditioning is extra charge, the balcony faces a very loud street so you can’t sleep with the open windows. All the mentioned points are not the dealbreaker, however the apartment needs a little bit more attention from the managers so the guests feel welcomed.

Location and the lady that met us 👍🏼
There were a lot of small spiders on the ceiling and walls, which was quite unpleasant to see.
The pink stains running down the wall underneath the air conditioner also added to the overall atmosphere — unfortunately, not in a good way.
The water pressure in the shower was very weak, and washing my hair felt like it took half a lifetime.
There was no iron in the room, although perhaps one is available upon request (I didn’t ask). There were also no disposable slippers.
