Extremely convenient location, right in front of one of the exits of Saga station. The provided amenities exceeded my expectations and are in my opinion more than enough for a passing adventurer. The bathroom in particular impressed me with the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash alongside the provided tooth brush and hair comb. The mini bar by the reception was a delight as well. The staff members I interacted with were very kind! I understand a fair bit of Japanese, yet I'm still far from perfect, but they accommodated me by speaking slower and simpler; much appreciated.

The staff was so lovely, especially, Oguri San; she was so lovely, friendly, professional and can speak English very well. I really loved her to the extent that I wanted to be friends; it's not easy to find an English speaker and lovely person in Japan. She was so professional that she told me that I cannot share with you my personal LINE account because of the company rules, and that makes me respect her and the company a lot. The breakfast looks nice, however, I was trying to find something Halal, because I am Muslim, but unfortunately, It was not easy to find. If the other staff members can speak more English, it would be better. Wish you all the best.

I think if you can make any entertainment activity at the hotel lobby, so the residents can enjoy it and even they can find a chance to gt to know each other, it would be better. Anyway, thanks a lot for your hospitality.

The staff were so friendly and kind and always efficient and helpful. The location is right across from the station and the parking was very reasonable. The room was clean and serviced minimally each day due to Corona but still clean and fresh. At night the room was quiet and I could sleep peacefully. The provided items in the room were good but I had to ask for extra pillows which they brought to the room very quickly after checking in.

The most disappointing part of the trip was the breakfast. I had breakfast included in my booking for three days, but after eating there once - did not want to return. The eggs were gritty and powdery, the rest of the food was not very healthy and the salad offerings were minimal. There was no fresh fruit and the coffee was terrible. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. This was, however, the only disappointment to the visit.

It's located right outside the train station and easy to catch bus/train. Its breakfast buffet is great with regional meals along with some western food. A separate hot spring bath is available early morning and until late at night. It's quite spacious and very relaxing. Coffee/Tea is also available at the lobby. It was such a great experience to stay this hotel.

Most of staff were friendly but some were not. They could improve customer service. Price was a bit pricy.

Great location next to Saga JR. Standard 3 star Japanese hotel, perfectly suitable as a place to rest your head. Very friendly staff. Stayed here for 3 different nights because we were using Saga as a base for regional travel and have family in the area. Has a small onsen.
