Great location, clean environment, modern, good facilities.

Room is very very small. Its ok for one person but got cramped with two people. The shower is so small it is difficult to wash. Didnt love having to climb into bed. It was also a bit noisy but thats apartment and city living.

The property was stunning. Absolutely as shown in pictures. Well situated for business and leisure

Leider war der Stromgenerator direkt vor der Balkontüre. Immer bei Loadshedding ging dieser an, was besonders Nachts ein schlafen mit geöffnetem Fenster unangenehm machte. Die Frei liegende Matratze ist an den Rändern sehr unstabil, weshalb man hier zu zweit bei 140 cm Breite gern mal runterrollt.

Place is great, very spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen. There is laundry in basement so it’s good option for someone who needs wash clothes. Area is quite, around 10min by uber to waterfront. Staff is helpful and kind

Everything was great

Location! Several great restaurants, coffee shops within 2-3 blocks, so you can also walk to them at night. Secure parking under the building. The styling of the appartement is good, and highly functional! Everything was clean. Very nice shower. The gym has good weights, benches and mats. Some of the machines we broken however, but we still had a good workout. The studio has a slightly wider (1.50-1.60m?) bed than the appartements, which is recommendable if you are a couple.

We booked a room with a balkony, but our appartement was sort of in the basement. There was a patio, but the view was a big grey wall and the appartement was quite dark. We shared our disappointment with the staff, and were offered an appartment on day 3 of 5 a floor up, but as we had to cancel our day trip to move, we declined. Also, during load shedding the generator kicks in, but I think the generator is located in the basement under the bed and woke us up several times in the nights. This is specific for our appartement (G06), but I think this appartement should be rented out for a lower price than the other studios.

Posizione ottima. Letto comodo. Building nuovo e stanze con stile, molto moderne e giovanili. Tutti i comfort a disposizione (asciugamani, asciugacapelli, utensili della cucina, elettrodomestici..) Parcheggio custodito (a pagamento) e servizi di Lavatrice e Asciugatrice (sempre a pagamento ma comunque pochissimi ZAR!)

-La doccia nella nostra stanza è sicuramente da sistemare, lo sportello non si apriva benissimo, ogni volta c’era la paura che cadesse/si rompesse il vetro, in più l’acqua non andava giù e ristagnava nel piatto doccia, probabilmente lo scarico intasato. -La piscina davvero davvero piccola e sporca, quando siamo saliti noi era pieno di gente quindi abbiamo fatto un tuffo e siamo ritornati in camera poiché non c’era posto per sedersi o sdraiarsi, peccato!
