Lovely bed, sofa and bath, fluffy towels. Really kind to leave bread, butter, milk, coffee, tea and sugar and kitchen roll and fresh flowers- a really nice touch! Quirky layout and interesting history. TV had Sky and lots of channels and Netflix etc to use.

Shame it’s next to a car park with a blue street light and the blinds didn’t really keep the light out, needed an eye mask, but that said, it was a great location for exploring..Bath could do with a rubber bath mat. Kitchen layout was strange but got used to it and had all we needed to cook a meal. Could do with a screwdriver and carpentry etc here and there..

The apartment was large and very well equipped, Lyn was very welcoming. There was onsite off road secure private parking at the rear of the property. It is in a central location close to pubs, restaurant and supermarkets.

Very convenient for Denbigh town centre, spacious, warm welcome, with as one provisions provided. Comfortable large bed and good kitchen facilities. A fan was provided which helped in the very warm weather.

Really nice and tastefully decorated apartment. We were both impressed with the look and feel as we entered & made ourselves comfortable. Lots of little touches like bread, butter and coffee. We also liked the thoughtful bathroom amenities. It’s in a lovely central location which was ideal for us. The host knocked on the door and advised us about the correct carpark to use, which was free.

I hate to do this as I think this is a new listing.. but for feedback: • This apartment is attached to the owners house which isn’t listed. It wouldn’t be a problem if stated, and wouldn’t have put us off. However, there is an adjoining door between the properties. • The host opened the adjoining door to welcome us, while I was collecting our cases from the car, which was a surprise as we assumed it was a cleaning room or something on first glance. • The host has dogs, which barked at the adjoining door if we happened to drop a hairbrush or something, or if people passed by outside, which was quite annoying. • The dogs barked up until fairly late & early on in the morning. • We we’re awoken at around 8.45am each morning by builders outside of the bedroom window, using door planers and drills ect. We had attended a family birthday party so it was quite an unwelcome wake up call. • The wifi was slow.. it appeared to have an extension disc of the hots wifi. I had to make a work video call but was unable to do so. it is what it is but thought it was worth mentioning. These things are a shame really as it has potential to be a fantastic let.
