Location

The hotel was too bad and too expensive for its location and facilities. The washroom was very smelly. There was no dressing table or mirror in the room. We went outside for Ziyarat and the staff went into our room to fix the mirror without informing or even asking us beforehand. When we confronted them, they said that they didn't have our contact number, although it was already mentioned in the booking. Then they also made excuse that the guy who had to fix the mirror costed them 150 riyal on every visit so they had to fix them all one time. I was staying with my family and it was extremely inappropriate for them to enter our room without us knowing about it. The TV was there but it was not working. When we asked them to operate it, they couldn't do that. There was no intercom in the room either. An extremely bad experience and do not recommend it at all, especially if you're with family.

Its location was acceptable in about 18-20 min on feet (with children) we could reach the Haram

The rooms were not clean and hair could be found between the beds. Furthermore, the bathroom was with no seat and when demanded there was no reaction.

The hotel was nice, clean and newly constructed. It is almost 10 minutes away from Masjid al Nabawi (Haram) , Overall, the whole building was neat and clean, beddings were neat. We enjoyed staying there for one night with my family. They have a car parking area outside the building.

It's located at awkward area which takes little time to reach due to road closure that are undergoing construction. It is surrounded by average hotels. I somehow feel it is overpriced because of its location.

Nothing. Seriously nothing

The room was poorly cleaned. The time we stepped in there was a bad smell. And while walking we found ourselves walking in dirty crusty and foot pealing floors. Definitely not worth for what we paid for. And i just don’t know where to start about the beds. The beds was seriously bad and dirty and uncomfortable and not to say that maybe there’s bed bugs in them. And not only that. I mean the blankets just smells like sweaty men just wiped themselves with it. It reeks badly. And the bathroom its just a no. It smells like artificial flowers with a hint of gasoline that make you feel sick while doing your thing. I couldn’t even brush my teeth in there. Its a seriously bad hotel. I don’t recommend not a single bit.

The reception is quite helpful.

The room is a bit small for 3 bed

good neat and clean room , 15 min walk from Masjid Nabawi.

staff is friendly, cooperative , building is new, value for money .
