The location was good, close to Alton Towers which we were after. Ample parking

Bit tired in places. Sitting room carpet had a few stains. Extractor fan pull cord coming away in the bathroom. Wooden floors in bedrooms meant, one up all up.

arrangements for getting the keys, supplying an ironing board but no iron.

It had a home away from home vibe. Lived in but not gross, it was clean and tidy and equipped with the essentials etc

Just afew bits in the kitchen could have been better but nothing too major so all good

Property was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed

The property is hard to find. The postcode does not take you to the correct place, our just eat that we ordered was never delivered and we were hungry due to not being able to find the address. The keys were not in the correct place they were supposed to be, despite us paying an additional £20 non refundable deposit to get the key code which we only found out 1 hour before arriving. We were left on the doorstep with our children after a long day of travelling until we could gain access by contacting booking.com and using an additional emergency key. The key was then found to have been moved by cleaning staff which was less than ideal as we were worried anyone could enter the property at any point if they had the missing key.
