Great location, free parking on private drive
Very clean home and as described. Close to local pub.
Facilities were pretty good.
Lovely Host gave clear instructions to access property.
Communication was a little slow when messaging best to call. I'm not one with conversations.
There was no iron even though was told there was one.
Hopefully now resolved.
If it wasn't for these incidents I would have given 10/10.

Super nice area with a kids park about 2 mins away.
The house was really clean and tidy. I cannot recommend this place enough! You're getting an entire 3 bedroom house in a lovely new estate, for the price of a hotel room.
The owner was really helpful.
The only negative I can think of is we didn't receive the address or access instructions upon booking (which we typically receive straight away). So we panicked a bit and contacted the owner who confirmed that the details would be sent once the house is ready to access.
So if you're planning a stay here (which I recommend) don't worry if you don't hear anything from the owner straight away
