The property is beautiful and matches the description. The only complaint from our group was the floors were dirty.

We arrived just as the cleaning crew was finishing. So we walked around to be amazed. Beautiful property. We had enough bathroom towels to start our vacation. Rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and clean. Overall, I would recommend.

I am always nervous when renting a place for the first time. This place was all it promised. My family enjoyed it for space, location amenities. I recommend and will stay there again in the future!

Let me start by saying the house is very nice. Overall we had a great time. But, if I could do it over, I would pick another property. We only packed enough beach towels for one for each person knowing we would have a washer and dryer for clothes and swim/towels. The first load we tried to do, we went to check on it, and the laundry room was soaked. Water all over the floor and walls. A few of the guys checked it and could see the dryer wasn’t hooked up right so they hooked it back up and I sent a message in. The next day, la guy in what looked like beach attire knocked on our door. We had no idea who he was. He was there for the dryer. He took pictures, unhooked it, and was leaving when we realized it was unhooked again. We stopped him from leaving and asking if he could give us any info. He let us know it was unhooked because it’s a fire hazard. He said we could attempt to use it not vented, which would cause the water issue from condensation. Obviously, we wouldn’t do that. But, we were left without being able to do any laundry. I reported this, and after checking out got a voicemail that the $100 credit I requested was approved. A few things: I never requested a credit, but $100 made us laugh. More than anything, they need to fix it properly or do not advertise it has laundry care available. The other issue is cleanliness. There were lots of food and kids toys on the ground and behind all the sofas. Enough fruit loops for the whole community to enjoy!
