Location was brilliant, we could walk everywhere we needed too as it was so close to everything. The amount of rooms and bathrooms for the 12 people we had stay was excellent. Loved the fact that it had a bar and the kitchen with the long table was perfect for us all.
We had a bit of trouble getting into the property as the code didn’t work that we were given, we tried to contact them but the signal around the area was very poor. A neighbour over the road saw that we were waiting and had a spare key to let us in and I was later contacted by the property to be given a different code so it all ended up great.

Spacious, great facilities, comfortable beds, very good value for money. Close to central Blackpool, so ideal for getting out and about. Perfect for our needs.

We particularly liked the kitchen area where we spent most of our time as a group of 13, playing drinking games, bingo, and dancing to music.
There are a few scuffs here and there, but it is a party house!!
