Access and amenities were nice, the staff was great

The floor was sticky with cleaning product and the sheets smelled as though they were not dried completely prior to putting on

We were on the third floor floor all the way at the end and were handicapp

Not a big room. No microwave. Small fridge. Walked in on a maid on my room but didn't request house keeping.

The breakfast was good and we appreciated that it’s open an hour later on weekends since we got in so late. There’s no microwave in the room but one is available in the lobby. Everything was clean, new, and in working order. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the minimalistic furnishings. Great for a night or two but probably not for longer. There’s an indoor pool. We didn’t get to use it this time but maybe next time. Outside the elevators, they have lists of local restaurants and attractions which was no only helpful to find a place to grab dinner but also gave us something to read while waiting on the elevator.

It couldn’t be helped but the hotel faces a busy road and is near the hospital so you hear sirens all the time and the local kids “drag racing” in the wee hours of the morning. If you stay here, bring earplugs and you’ll be fine. There is WiFi but you either have to join their rewards program or pay for access. So, sure, it’s free but now I’m going to be on their email list and I’m drowning in unread emails already.

It was a good value as it was just a nights stay from airline travel

It was weird that no was available to check in for around 10 minutes

The Design of the room. the shower was incredible. Great Breakfast options.

Stayed to be close to family while in town.

That pool was not heated for kids to enjoy.

I didn’t know I had to pay a deposit booking.com didn’t say that and talked to someone at hotel earlier and they said I was good for payment already
