Bed was comfortable and shower was great.
The confusion of a wall thermostat that didn't work. I was cold and didn't realize the temperature control was inside the vent. Breakfast was pretty disappointing too. If it's supposed to be included, at least make the food hot. Choices were just okay. Toaster pretty much burnt everything. Staff acted like they didn't want to assist.

Everything was great but breakfast! Rooms, cleanliness, amenities. Rooms were big and clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel was very nice and comfortable.
Breakfast was Aweful! Too bad too since all other amenities at hotel were above average! Breakfast was cold, tasteless, unappealing and had no effort or creativity put into it! Waffles were passable. Our party of 14 went out to a restaurant on our 2nd morning there. All agreed breakfast at hotel was basically inedible!

Breakfast was very good. Excellent choices.
Needed a shower chair and there was only 1 in building.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk was pleasant.
Had to come down for more towels and bedding. Staff was not overly accommodating especially for someone with Hilton Gold status. No water, no thank you for your status and nothing extra at all.
