Good location, easy walk to Hyde Park and the Edgeware Rd tube station.

It was a nice studio apartment and slept three people comfortably (one queen and one full size bed). The a/c was welcome given the unseasonably warm temperature. The furniture was a little big (and heavy) for the space, making it awkward to move around the dining area. The closest elevator was out of order but the one at the other end of the building worked. We are neat/clean freaks so our comments should be taken with that in mind. A bigger trash can for the kitchen would be nice, as would kitchen towels (not just a paper towel roll) and a non-smelly cleaning sponge. The bathroom mirror had a film on it that wiped off easily.

Large and very heavy furniture needed to be moved in order to make use of the sofa bed. Also there were unnecessary ornamental flower arrangements etc which took up a lot of space. The living area would have benefited from a table lamp. Minor things, but easily rectified. Overall the accommodation was lovely.

What not to like? Everything was organized well. I even forgot something and the staff took pictures to and did send them to me to ask if they should throw them or it was missed by mistake. Also, they were so cooperative in handing the missed items to a friend of mine. I would definitely recommend to stay here
