Cannot find any fault

Unfortunately, due to customs leaving the EU we were unable to conduct our stay. Hosts were very responsive until we informed them we were no longer arriving and told us to cancel. Through the booking app, I requested a refund (because it is an option when cancelling a request, literally at the last minute), acknowledging it was booked nonrefundable. However, following this request the hosts never denied or approved our request. The least they could've done was deny our request; instead they left our request open through our stay and then marked us as no-shows.

well-located; good facility for a family of four. washer/dryer was great! Beds comfortable. Amy was super helpful and responsive!

a bit cramped; big issue was NO Aircon in bedrooms (install split system and this place would be golden, or have mobile AC for really hot days).

rooms were small, no fan or AC in 2nd bedroom, a fan was requested but still hasn’t arrived by the time we left!

Bright and airy, beautifully clean. The toiletries in the shower were a lovely touch. The washing machine / dryer was fab. Huge fridge / freezer. Wi-Fi was excellent and TV was good. Comfortable beds. Everything you need for your stay. I enjoyed it and would stay again. It was a very last-minute booking, but the people running the place were understanding and helpful. Good communication and instructions.
