Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Fair price. The owner’s communication was excellent.

The elevator!

Location: 9 / 10 Cleanliness: 9 / 10 Comfort: 8 / 10 Facilities: 9 / 10 Value for money: 7 / 10 Staff/Communication: 10 / 10 : The studio has an excellent location, with very convenient access to public transportation. The Obor metro station, as well as tram and bus stops, are just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The famous Obor Market is nearby for fresh food and local atmosphere, and Veranda Mall is also within walking distance, which is very practical for shopping, restaurants, and everyday needs. The studio itself is modern, cosy, and well thought out. I particularly appreciated the small study/work area, which makes it suitable even for longer stays or remote work. The space is self-contained and equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, good internet connection, and a smart TV. Overall it feels comfortable and practical. Communication with the host was excellent — quick, smooth, and very easy, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a very pleasant and functional studio in a great area, particularly suited for solo travellers or longer stays.

In terms of size, it is perfect for one person. A couple could stay as well, but it might start to feel a bit compact for two people, especially during a longer stay. One thing to consider is that other options on the market may offer slightly better value for money, depending on the price at the time of booking.
