House is great! Very clean and comfortable, especially the beds.The outside space and toys, pool, golf cart are all great! Neighborhood is quiet. Walk to the beach in a few minutes for the sun and sunset! Had a couple of questions and they were quickly answered. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We are a family of 10 that was celebrating a milestone birthday. Although we ventured out quit a bit (beach, bike rides, golf carts, happy hour) we always came home to play games, watch some football or just hang out by the pool (bonus that it's heated). The house was clean and roomy enough for all of us. Thank you to Kimberly for always responding back to me before and during our stay.

The property was fantastic! Location provided easy access to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. The golf cart was a nice plus. House was very clean. Pool was warm! My family had a great stay.

This house was stocked and ready to go. It's a one level house which was perfect for our 84 year old mother. It was clean and inviting. The pool was an added plus for my grandchildren. Whenever we were at the house they were swimming. The golf cart makes it easy to get to and from the beach within minutes. whomever didn't want to ride in the golf cart just hoped on one of the bikes provided. You wont be disappointed with the location or the house. Great trip!

We arrived to a wonderful location and this 5 bedroom 3 bath has it all!!6 person electric cart, a boat doc ( we fished there and caught many fish), a large pool ( we used it daily), many places ourdooe and in the home to eat together!! Bicycles for all ages!! Water floating toys to enjoy! 2 refrigerators and all necessary cooking utensils and an outdoor gas grill! TVs in all bedrooms plus all bedding ( sheets etc) nice new washer & dryer!

We rented this home for our large family to gather for our son’s wedding in Tampa.
The house exceeded our expectations. There is so much to do at the the house and the beach is so close. Indian Rocks Beach is a wonderful small beach town.
Our adult children and their significant others enjoyed the golf cart, pool, kayaks, paddle board, and their rooms. The beds are very nice. We had plenty of room the get ready for wedding events. The house has everything you may need. It was spotless! Wonderful little touches of toiletries, etc.
We will definitely be back. We miss it already!

We had a wonderful time. Very clean and lots to do. The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectation. We had a party of 12 with 6 kids and the pool was a hit as well as the toys and paddle board.

Everything was absolutely perfect. They thought of everything. Seriously. Kayaks for the canal, golf cart to get to the beach, boogie boards, beach towels, wagon for the beach, bikes, anything and everything in the kitchen for cooking, preparing, serving, etc. tvs in every room. Such a cute and cozy house. The pool was perfect. Location was great. I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay with your family. Thanks again to the team over this property, you guys are amazing.

we loved our stay at this house! beautiful pool ( a big deep in the deep end ;-) ) canoes in the back and our surprise a golf kart to go to the beach! we really would love to staty there again..
