The whole place and the staff/host were marvelous! I would even say the best we’ve ever experienced for the category/price. The facilities and room were immaculately clean, the views were amazing, the family room was spacious, there were thoughtful touches everywhere, the breakfast was wonderful and generous (including a delicious omelette and pastries), the pool was exceptionally clean, plus much more. Our host was super attentive and ready to do whatever service she could. Our beds were made for us in advance, and our host was kindly waiting for us by the door, since we had communicated a late arrival. Our host even offered us a bottle of their local wine upon our arrival. The main building was surrounded by lovely plants like lavender and fruiting olive trees everywhere. Truly an idyllic setting and experience that left us wanting to return soon for a much longer stay! One last thing - the location is very close to town while simultaneously feeling like you’re far away in the country - an ideal combination for accessibility with rural beauty!

The only thing I can think of is that the drive up to the buildings is gravel and a bit steep. That’s nothing that can be changed, so its not really a negative.

The people are very nice. Everything was fresh. We asked for few changes with the food they kindly agreed and brought them Location is wonderful. Very nice views sunsets and sunrises.

Vriendelijk, rustig , top restaurant!

Excellent central location for visiting Umbrian towns. Lovely farmhouse with large, comfortable room, good food and excellent staff.
