There was a 24hr door attendant. They were there upon arrival. They navigated us through the security procedure.
Very helpful.
The furniture in the living room was not very comfortable

I had a great stay and really enjoyed the apartment. It was very spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view from the 11th floor. The location was also excellent and made the stay even better.
The service was great as well. The reception team was always friendly, helpful, and professional, especially Jonathan. A special thank you also to William for being so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, I had a very positive experience, and if I come back to Rio, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The property was very accessible to everything and faced the Copacabana beach. It was also very close to everything and only a 10-12 minute walk to the metro. The outdoor space was almost as big as the indoor space but difficult to access due to weather. The furniture was very comfortable and the owner was very accommodating when asked for new appliance for the kitchen.
Not much that I didn't like - perhaps a better sofa as this one seemed a little worn down.

Nice apartment, good location, great view
There was a lot of confusion with check-in and the room was finally made available to us 16.30. In the meantime I was refused even to use the bathroom at the reception. I was told to go out in the street. NO housekeeping at all during our 4 nights stay (daily housekeeping mentioned in the property description).
