We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our experience. Everything was beautifully clean, and all the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to the lovely lady at reception. Unfortunately, we can’t remember her name, but her kindness and warm smile made us feel truly welcome. We would also like to thank the housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless and always being so cheerful. Every member of staff helped make our stay special. Thank you to the whole team for looking after us so well. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this hotel!

We had an excellent experience in this Riad hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful especially Loubna who greeted us when we arrived. Hotel is right in the middle of medina and has everything you need around it. There’s even an Indian and Turkish rooftop restaurant at the Riad. All the main attractions are about 10-12 walk away.

The location is great, but for this price we expected a lot more, the riad is simple, the room is average. The staff is ok, the breakfast was good. Don't expect much out of it, definitely not 9.5 rating more like 7.

The pillows were terrible, impossible to sleep on. The staff was very transactional, not trying to help out or go out of their way. The interior is looking much better on the pictures. This is an ok place to stay.
