The entire process from booking to stay was amazing. The home was perfect for our mini getaway. Beautifully located right across from the beach and perfectly located at the front for the condos. The 3 pools were always clean and well maintained. Same for the outdoor showers. We loved our stay here. We recommend putting the fans from the master room into the bunk room to help cool it off in there. Outside of that, the condo was perfectly equipped to fit our families needs. Plus our teenagers loved our stay here. Being so close to everything was a great advantage!!

We had a really great time! Property was so clean and beautiful! Great time for a family & lots of space for kids! Loved that it was so close to Walmart and the beach! Would love to book again!!!! WiFi was so slow though! & we didn’t have good cell service!

It was perfect! My dad passed away a few months ago so i brought my elderly mom and a few of my grandkids to Galveston to relax and bond! Everyone really enjoyed themselves despite a brief thunderstorm on the day we arrived. Thanks so much for renting your lovely property to us!

Upon arrival we were told the elevator was broken in our building. We had to carry everything up stairs which wasn't great but manageable for us. When we got to our door, we quickly noticed the trash chute had trash piled outside of it. The trash chute was two feet from our door. This was Sunday evening around 5 pm. The trash was there until Monday between 11 am -2 pm. There was some black mold on the air vent in the in the living room. On Tuesday, someone from the property mamangement office said a contractor would be by to fix a side table. I called them back to let them know about the mold and that we didn't have a broom. We went out for a little bit. No one called me back. We came back to the condo to rest for a bit. We did noti ed the contractor had been there and fixed the table. Around 4 pm, someone was knocking at the door. It was a lady from the property management office with a broom. She didn't introduce herself that I recall... I was half asleep because we were resting. Just said she was here to give us the broom and told me the black stuff was not mold. It was a leak from the last bad storm they had but definitely not mold. I was confused as to why someone didn't call back to communicate they were stopping by with the broom instead of just showing up. Overall it was an okay place to stay. Our kids loved the pool. Good location in regards to the beach and stores on the same road. Definitely feel it was overpriced in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.
