The location of this property was better than expected. The tranquil view of the waterway and quiet street made this location special. The property was clean and a lovely home.

This was a beautiful house. We were able to communicate with the host with no problem and they accommodated us whatever request we have. Great customer service. The only complaint have is that they need to get all the furniture steam clean. There were a lot of stains but other than that, me and my family had a wonderful stay

Great location and great house. Cleaning company could have done a better job on the cleaning… Other than that, it was a great week.

The house was nice and clean and accommodated my friends and I for a long weekend. Our problem was that I booked the home months in advance and was coming from overseas. There is information on the listing about a 245 linen fee for certain months, in which the month we stayed the fee applied to. That information was not displayed on the app after booking. The host reached out to us the day before our stay and asked if we wanted the linens. That is a very expensive fee for linens and towels, and because we did not see that information on the app we were surprised by this. We ended up agreeing to pay for the linens and towels in which they were left in a trash bag outside of the house and we had to make the beds ourselves. Although the house was very nice and we enjoyed staying there, the overall communication and hospitality of the host could use improvement.
