The room was very clean, tidy, and modern. Security guards on the outside were really reassuring, as the street sounds a bit dodgy. Overall, easy to access and comfortable enough.
My room faced the Marginal Pinheiros, and it was exceedingly noisy, much more so than I would've thought. Honks, police ambulance sirens were very audible throughout the night. The receptionists were unfriendly. During my 4-day stay, all my greetings (bom dia, ate logo e boa tarde) were completely ignored.
