The location was great. We requested for airport pickup and the staff picked us up very quickly late at night. That was very helpful.

I had a confirmation number and email and the staff member called out my last name as listed on roster yet, the gentleman still wouldn’t let me in the room. He instructed me to call booking.com which I did and they also spoke with him and he still wouldn’t help me even try to make another booking. He told me “ if I were you I would just cancel.” From there I saw nor heard anything else from him or the other front desk clerk. I was very disappointed I saw there for and hour and a half with no success and I had to leave and go to a different hotel.

Very convenient location to the hospital, it was very comfortable! Breakfast was very good and the staff during breakfast was top notch!!
