Overall Great, but disappointed that we didn't have use of the wood burning stove. I thought that was one of my criteria when searching for a property during Christmas. And the fact that the first picture of the property clearly shows a wood burning stove, I made the assumption that we would be able to use it. There was also some confusion upon our arrival, the code didn't work when we got there and had to reach out to the owner, who immediately cleared it for us. We also didn't walk in right away and look at the property manual, which included directions to turn on the water. Maybe that should be included in the Welcome email. That being said all else was perfect. Love the upper level being open and well stocked. Each of the rooms having their own thermostat controls was a good feature. Loved being so close to Mt. Canmore and the town. Would go back again! Thank you for making your home available!

This was a great place to stay. It fit our family of 5, very comfortably! The trundel twin beds, in two of the rooms, accommodated our child's friend who also came to spend the night. The owners were incredibly responsive when I had a couple of questions upon arrival. It was even closer to Cranmore and downtown North Conway then we anticipated. The kids are already asking that we return in the future.
