This condo is in a GREAT location. We loved staying at Sea Side Villas. You’re close (within walking distance) to Coligny Plaza, without being in the center where it can be very busy and loud. We also loved the beach at this location. You’re further away from the public beach access, so it’s quieter and easier to spread out.
The actual condo itself could use some more work. It felt kind of grimy and smelled old. The wine refrigerator had mold growing inside. The bedding, window treatments, and towels all had an odd smell and stains. This was quite unsettling. The sheets on the bed also smelled and were much too small for the bed. Furthermore, the floors and counters were gritty. We did some washing and cleaning on our first night. They should consider a new cleaning company. I also don’t see how this unit will comfortably sleep 4. There were two of us and it felt cramped.
GREAT location, but the condo is iffy. With some work, it could be better.
