House was clean, relaxing, had everything you would need for your stay. Everywhere we went was less than 10 minutes from the house, excellent location.

Great house, very tidy. Beds were comfortable, close to Lake Havasu Golf Course where we were playing a tournament. The only blemish on our stay is that we could not get into the house until 4 hours after our check in. The lockbox code I was promised never arrived via email or text. I called "Debbie", the contact person I was told to reach out to if I had any problems, to ask her about the code. Three phone calls, an email, and a text-I was never able to reach her. I finally called Evolve's customer service line. I was on hold for 45 minutes before I was able to speak to a live human being. Thankfully, they were able to reach the home owner and get the code. I never did hear anything from Debbie. As I said, fantastic house, but I do suggest you follow up to ensure you receive the code in a timely manner.

The house was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable! We enjoyed the patio and swimming pool the most. This was our first time using Evolve, and comparing communication with either airbnb or vrbo, direct communication could have been better. Auto-messaging prior/post to arrival/departure was great, but direct communication needs to be looked into - we did not have any major issues, but we were concerned about a loud fan noise in the garage, and the communication was confusing without a clear understanding if it was a real problem or if it was just how it was supposed to work.
Again, GREAT STAY, but we were glad we had no urgent issues to report.

The house is amazing. Very spacious. It was extremely clean and nice. I definitely would stay there again when back in Lake Havasu.
