Excellent stay! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! It was close to great shopping and dining!

All good but the checkout procedures seemed a little over the top. I have no issues taking out the garbage and simple stuff. I’ve never been asked to strip the bed before

The condo was very well appointed and in a nice, convenient location. However, the management /maintenance of the condo was disappointing. The code to get in did not work and the key to the shared facilities wasn't provided. The code used by the previous rentor was provided within a half hour and the key to the facilities by the next day. Unfortunately the reused code made my wife feel less than safe and the key to the pool area never really worked properly. The tile floor left our socks and feet dirty and the next day they tried to clean it again (after blaming us for making it dirty after being there for only 8 hours). The tile floor continued to make our feet and socks dirty until we cleaned it ourselves. The garbage disposal and microwave stopped working the 3rd day and we're reset the next day. They both went out again 5 days before we were to leave (I suspect a breaker) but, after several emails to the condo manager and after 2.5 days, the maintenance people had not gotten around to coming out to reset the breaker. At this point we gave up on the management people being responsive and we checked out 2 days early. The only disappointing thing about the condo itself was the fact that the patio and living area are directly along a busy parking lot (which was not obvious from the pictures or description). Also the bedroom windows looked out over a pretty, but shared, entrance with a fountain (meaning we had to keep our bedroom blinds closed all the time).
