Our trip started out on a somewhat sour note as we were never given instructions as to How to enter the home from our host as there is a lock box w a key inside that requires a combination. I did get it involved directly with evolve and they emailed me the instructions so we could get inside. The home itself was beautiful but the outside patio was absolutely filthy. The screen door was off its tracks, the barbecue grill was unusable. It was so dirty with cobwebs and an inch of dirt on it. The chairs on the patio were dirty along with the table. It was basically unusable. One of the slats in the blinds was on the floor, so it let the light in the master bedroom, which was annoying. evolve told me to get a hold of our host Tamie directly, which I attempted to do four different occasions and never heard back from her one time. we ended up cleaning everything on the patio ourselves so we could use it. The home itself was beautiful and we enjoyed that very much. We have rented short term rentals from VRBO dozens of times and I’d have to say this is the worst experience by far we’ve ever had with the host.
