The location was great, enjoyed sitting on the back porch with my coffee in the mornings. The place was clean and comfortable and hope to stay there again on my next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is pretty new and everything inside was planned with vacationers in mind. The pictures represented the house perfectly. The four of us (parents plus 2 high-school/college kids) were very comfortable and had plenty of room (inside and out) to enjoy family time as well as to find our own quiet spots when we wanted.
The house is toward the end of the canal so it is very peaceful sitting out on the back porch or on the dock with not much boating traffic. It is also only a few houses from the Ouachita River, so the location was perfect for boating activities. We used the kayaks provided (great sunset activity when the temp was a little cooler), and we brought our own boat. The owner left the key to the neighborhood boat launch's gate for us to use which was very convenient (just a couple minute drive from the house to the launch). We enjoyed having our boat docked in the water for easy access when we wanted to take it out, and we liked that the house was not too far from Lake Ouachita to take our boat out and over there for a day to explore some other scenery (absolutely beautiful). It was also not too far from Hot Springs National Park, Central Avenue bath houses and restaurants, Magic Springs, or Garvan Woodland Gardens.
We would definitely stay at this house again!
