Stayed here as a home base to the parks in Utah. The location is a bit tough to locate so make sure you get the directions from the local contact first. There is no wifi or cell service and they mean it!
My son and I enjoyed it so much. It was clean and well stocked for a long weekend stay. Lots of pots and pans. The fridge is a bit small and it is just a small ice box inside it but since it was just the two of us it was big enough. Town has little in provisions but there is a good size supermarket near Capitol Reef NP.
The bed was so soft and plush and they provided more than enough sheets and blankets. There is no AC which was tough for the summer heat but we just left the windows and sliding doors open for air. Worked great. Cool nights made the AC unnecessary. They provided tons of firewood which is a plus since my kid wanted to cook outdoors and enjoy s'mores nightly.
The bathroom had tons of towels and toilet paper. Seems trivial but there is nothing worse than sharing towels with a kid who enjoys swimming in the creek! No worries here with towels to spare. Just all around well stocked for basic household needs.
It was a perfect place to stay even if you don't expect to get out to the parks. If you want to get away from the world without disturbance, stay here!!!
