Boxo Diani - Unique Beach Front Container Eco-Hotel

It was last minute booking since our morning flight was cancelled, The place is so beautiful and closer to the beach. It's safe to walk at night. The room was clean and fresh I just loved it

So clean, lovely staff and the food/drinks on site were excellent. Wish they had a bit more Kenyan food but otherwise perfect.

Had a monkey break into my room after I opened the window briefly for a shower but that’s part of the experience!

V good location. Its sister establishment, Lala Galu, has a lovely beach front bar/restaurant that Boxo guests have access to.

There was only 1 bath towel in the room and it had holes in it. My booking clearly stated 2 adults. Well past midnight, some hotel guests chose to swim in the pool with total disregard for sleeping guests. There was no notice by the pool and it was only when a member of staff came and told them swimming at that time is not allowed that they came out of the pool. The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear all the noise from outside, though I appreciate the novel container concept. The room needs better cleaning in the nooks and crannies.
