If I could give this a zero, I would. Upon entering the property, we inspected everything usually do when staying in a new place. Immediately I found several hairs on the pillows and in the bed, turn down the sheets and found mysterious stain, checked out the bathroom, in the shower door did not work, however a good amount of filth and pubic hair were left behind, so obviously someone used it before. We took our shoes off when first getting there, and after walking through the home for just a few minutes, our feet were absolutely black (they were clean prior). There were sever mysterious glazed over stick spots on the floors. Stains were also on both futons in the living room, of which no linens were provided. I messaged a few times before our trip, and never received a response. Also, when I called upon arriving to report the horrendous conditions, I was hung up on. My husband finally got a hold of someone, and he was told we would receive a refund. We did not. And I was sent a message saying the property was clesn and we would receive no refund. We had to scramble last minute to find lodging, and incurred several unexpected expenses. Very dirty, very unprofessional, very sketchy. RUN. Honestly, just stay at Leowes Hollywood or Mariot airport. 100times better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s close to everything we planned to do. It’s a family friendly neighborhood within walking distance of stores. The neighbors were nice:

I sent a couple messages but never got a response. Not sure if it was the app but just wanted to mention it. Overall we had a great stay.

I should've gone with my initial thought when the address listed was not the same as the property. The neighborhood was ok not not what I'm comfortable with. There was only street parking although the unit had parking behind it. With street parking you had to roll the dice when it would be available. Upon walking into the unit it appeared to be clean as I could smell the cleaning agents recently used. However, once that faded there was a very old smell that was not what i wanted to wake up to in the morning. The bathroom smells of urine! Lots of cobwebs everywhere! I contacted the property manager several times through text, on the app, and the emergency number provided and never got a response to my questions. The unit was supposed to have a washer which was provided in the description. There was not one! The wifi information provided did not work. Had the owner responded to my concerns I would possibly feel better but to ignore my calls, text, and messages was uncalled for. I would suggest staying away from this property and any others that the owner has listed as it probably doesn't fit the description.
