This is a beautiful, well-kept place with lots of amenities. The hosts were very welcoming and communicative. It has beautiful views of the redwoods outside, but is still very close to the freeway. One thing to note for those with kids is there is no bathtub. A wonderful stay overall!

So many wonderful things about this lovely little rental, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here over a long weekend. The place is peaceful, perfectly appointed with absolutely anything you could need, roomy but still cozy. The deck and the view are spectacular, the bed in the main bedroom very comfortable, loved the Nespresso machine! And the brief visit from the resident pups made our day. Extremely helpful owner who gave us a nice tour and was there for anything you might need while there, but never intrusive. Honestly I wish we could have stayed longer just to enjoy the space but we were there for a whirlwind weekend wedding and didn't get to hang out very much!

The hosts went above and beyond! My hubby and I made our 1st ever trip to Cali from Michigan with our kids. And, wow, this house and the hosts exceeded every expectation. They had coloring supplies for the kids, snacks galore and so much kindness! You should absolutely stay here! You will love it!

The location was great, with excellent amenities and extra’s! Communication was also great, and John and Jill were so nice and welcoming. Thanks for a wonderful stay. The bed was so comfortable. It was wonderful to have a pack n play and high chair, as well as bib and baby dish set. The backyard was beautiful and the trail head just across the street was very convenient.

Wow, we absolutely loved this stay. It is spacious, has a gorgeous view, is decorated beautifully, and the hosts have thought of every important detail.

My family and I needed a place to stay that allowed a dog and this place was perfect. There was plenty of room and comfortable beds for everyone. My kids enjoyed all of the board games provided, and my husband and I loved drinking coffee on the deck. The yard was perfect for our dog to get out his zoomies. We also loved hiking from the trailhead directly across the street. John and his wife were very attentive and offered us more bedding (which we didn’t need, as the apartment was well stocked, not just with bedding, but toiletries and pantry items as well). We would definitely stay there again.

I feel so lucky to have found this property! Excellent Bay Area value. A huge nature preserve with great hiking and mountain biking is literally across the street. The place was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. The hosts were generous and communicative, offering restaurant and activity recommendations. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit the east bay.

This was the perfect combination for rest (really comfy bed), remote working (great wifi and desk), and the convenience to restaurants and everything around the Bay. Loved the huge screen entertainment room (and complimentary movies and snacks). The private deck was great and I'll come back with friends next time so we can BBQ and enjoy the sunset.

The king bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on. It was great to wake up to bird sounds. The new BBQ made me want to buy the same model for home. i love a good shower and this was like standing under a waterfall. The steam room made it feel like I was at a very high-end resort.
