Comfortable beds, clean rooms and washrooms, delicious food and the rooftop restaurant thats what i like the most about staying here.

had the best stay here!!! staff was really helpful, rooms were cozy and comfortable. Food was top notch especially breakfast. I'll be definitely coming back and would recommend everyone to stay here. Room was cozy and equipped with all modern amenities. Loved the vibe and most importantly the staff was very helpul and was always there when needed. Food was also the best, would recommend everyone to try chinese.

Really I was very pleased with my experience . Subhan Usman was working and welcomed me, he was very polite and made sure I knew how to get connected to WiFi and how everything worked. All the staff was great if I had a question or need at accommodating me. I thought the wait staff at the restaurant was incredible, I wish I could remember their names. Also, it was great food. Everyone was very hospitable , and very appropriate . As a women traveler , and solo, it’s important to me that men are not inappropriate , and I feel like everyone there was respectful and still helpful.

Room size, cleanliness

Staff was not good. They put me on wait for early check in when i am sure they had a lot of empty rooms. Secondly they forced me to pick my food delivery from the door saying they dont deliver outside food i mean you have tons of guys what is their use if they cannot deliver from rider outside to your room. Thirdly they did not have basic medicines for fever and told me to go outside and get it. How can you not have basic medicines when you are trying to run a bog hotel. Small things matter a lot to put off or win a customer. I have stayed in roomy in northern areas and their staff was very good but this hotel need to change some rules.

It’s location within a market along with restaurants of all kind is so amazing. Plus, the breakfast is so good.

Toiletries could have been improved.
