Loved the location and the accessibility to our room! I think at one time the place was more well kept. You can tell it is getting dated.
It needed a good deep clean. The floors needed scrubbed. There were dried spots of stuff and sticky spots on the floor in the kitchen and living room. A part of the wallpaper border in the bathroom was held up by a strip of packing tape. The wallpaper in the bathroom was stained. Our first evening there there were several bugs and we killed a cockroach. Fireplace didn’t work.

It was nice and roomy. Loved it. Easy to get to. Loved the fireplace one morning.
King bed was a little firm for me, but it was okay. Would love to have had a smart tv in the living room

Loved staying here. Quiet, with everything we needed. Would stay here again. I loved having laundry and a kitchen. I was surprised how quiet the washer and dryer was, even with putting dryer balls in it. The elevator is street level, and connects to the 2nd floor, so if you are handicapped, 2nd floor stays are probably the best option for you. You're about 15 minutes driving from most places.
You have to check in at another resort. I didn't read the email all the way to the bottom. You don't have to go back to check out, though. You leave your cards in the room and call to say you're leaving.

Mostly quiet-great location
Ownership did not think it is important to keep rooms up to date. We ate two meals in the room daily and there were missing bowls and silverware. All Towels were extremely thin.
