My husband and I drove in from Connecticut to attend the Louder Than Life rock festival. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff was wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. Derek, the young man who helped us during check in, was exceptional and really knows how to make guests feel special. Our suite was beautiful. The view was spectacular and the food at the casino was top notch. We are already looking to book the same room for a longer stay next year.
I honestly have nothing negative to say about the experience.

The room was very nice. I really liked the wide hallways
There wasn't any body wash or soap in the bathroom. We had shampoo and conditioner, but not the others.

was very clean
staff was painting directly across the hall EARLY this morning and the smell was so strong that it gave me a extreme headache and made my stay very uncomfortable. it was difficult to rest and sleep. plus the banging sound of them working neither helped. as expensive as the rate was it wasn’t very restful.
