Nothing to like about this place. The owners of this "hotel" are dishonest. They play games and lie about every little thing -- (extra charges, air conditioning (a fan), room service (1x week). So don't believe any response they place on my review. Don't go, you will regret it.

This "Batisse en Blanc" is a 1-star hotel, photoshopped to look nice on the website. Everything aspect of the place was at a very low standard. The photos are very misleading. Broken tiles, exposed walls and MOLD. The furnishings are out of date, the beds just old/falling apart (NOT charming/antique as advertise). Could not have a comfortable night of sleep. Bugs- mosquitos/cockroaches(!) everywhere. Pool unusable --algae and grime. They have no proper kitchen, the owner offers (and charges) for meals where she skimps on meat/fresh vegetables and cuts corners on every single offering: "duck confit", obviously from a microwave dinner; stale fruit. My young son got SICK on chicken served the 2nd night -- so heavily doused with curry to disguise the staleness. There is heavy construction going on across the street which makes a difficult morning. When you complain they sorry and ask you take it up with Booking.com (who don't take responsibility).

In the second room it is better to make small light near bed

The location was great, the hotel was incredible, very nice design, very clean rooms and the owners were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The hotel and family home was in a beautiful setting , the pool was stunning and the family made you feel very welcome

Laurent and Virginie are wonderful owners, helpful and very pleasant people. We have a unique opportunity to live in a cozy house with good designer renovation and French charm not far from the sea. The terrace overlooks the sea. There was a clean pool in silence and cozy atmosphere. Breakfast is manifique, everything was very tasty, from quality products. We very grateful for the good time. We will definitely return.
