Went alone for business that I turned into a half vacation. When home I spent most of the day at the pool because it was just so perfect. Not only was the house a perfect ambience but during the day nature true wonders came out. Geckos, rabbits, birds, 3 different kinds of squirrels.. just wow!! Being screened in, I felt completely safe and in my own oasis. Couldn't have asked fop a better place.

N/A... I can't complain about anything but knats. Those little buggers are annoying at night with the light on outside but turn the fan on... game over!

My sister & I absolutely loved our stay here & would return if this area is needed in the future. We recommend this very comfortable, private property. Yolanda was very accommodating with our request, friendly and answered all questions. The home is nicely decorated with 3 bedrooms. The master king has an adjoining bathroom with step in shower and massage spray with good pressure, separate tub, even a bidet. The queen & other room share an additional bathroom shown in pictures. Kitchen is stocked with necessary items- toaster, coffee maker, microwave, full fridge & stove, pans, dishes etc. (No blender to make margaritas though:( lol) convenience of laundry room even had dryer sheets- we left our unused tide pods for the next person. Outside under the lanai is a built in pool, sitting area with patio furniture, tv & fireplace where we spent the morning’s for breakfast, and snacks/wine in the afternoons! We found out in advance there’s no lounger’s for poolside so we packed our own foldable mesh floats that we used in the pool and catnapped while floating around & tanned comfortably. There’s an annoying alarm that goes off every time you go out the doors to the pool area which was installed as a safety feature if you have little ones to know they’re heading to the pool. Yolanda had told me about the alarm beforehand and my sister cleverly discovered the turn off button on the door unit during our stay there. As for the location, it worked great for us as it was near an event planned previously. It’s a quiet residential area , near a lake we later discovered. There’s a convenient Publix supermarket & liquor store about 3-4 miles nearby. We found most restaurants about 10 minutes away in Winter Haven. Be sure to do breakfast or lunch at First Watch, A rum drink called - Pain Killer- at Cheddar’s restaurant. And a nice restaurant called Harry’s Bar & Grill in Lakeland which is 25 minutes away.

I’m mobility challenged and struggled a little bit getting in & out of the pool as there is no railing to aid or grab hold of. The steps in are a little deep so a railing would be helpful and probably safer for guests. Once in, it’s nicely maintained and comfortable though. There’s even a couple life jackets for kids if needed. The pool was a welcomed deciding feature for us staying there. Also a couple lounge chairs for the pool would be a nice addition to layout poolside. One other recommendation would be to lower the king size bed legs a notch if able to. It’s pretty tall and I kinda had to hop/roll up to get in it. Lol 😂

It was very clean with all the comforts of home. The pool was a nice bonus!
