The owner is extremely friendly. He went to great lengths to make us even stay ay the hotel. I had forgotten to look at the check-in hours and he drove 12km to let us in.

The staff was superb! :) They even offered to guard our baggage after we checked out, just so we could go sight-seeing in rome :)

The adresses of two different houses is a bit of a coin toss and an annoying side-quest to locate the correct adress. If you are arriving late at night with tons of luggage and a sleeping child. Otherwise - everything was great :)

Great place to stay. Right on the VF track. The room was beautiful. Very comfortable. I headed off before breakfast so they made me up a lovely food package to take with me.

Very nice hotel, there was also a really nice bar just over the road.

Not really the hotels fault but it is a long uphill walk to the nearest car park.

Close to San Gimignano

The Hotel claims to have public parking close to it and you pay for it (when you look for a hotel with a parking)… the problem is that the parking is always full when you come back in the evening so you cannot park! As well our room was very noisy, we could hear all night the lift and bathroom from roommate… not very satisfying for a 3*** Hotel.
