First time in a cabin and it wasn't the best experience but wasn't horrendous either. Property inside was clean except for the super smelly fridge, food and grime stuck on the dishes that were put away and the first floor deck was covered in pollen and dust. We couldn't even attempt to use the hot tub. That deck was pretty gross. A lot of the electrical outlets on all 3 floors were not working. Property location is good - close to Calaveras Big Tree, White Pines Lake. Close to town both ways on Highway 4. Wifi was great and worked throughout the entire cabin. Cabin was spacious with 2 beds on each level (3 levels total). We were a family of 6 and it could definitely fit more than 10 people. Grill was in good working condition. Oven worked. I might stay here again but only if I don't find anything else.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our first time (family of 10) staying at a cabin. It was an ok experience. The fridge smelled awful and didn't get to bearable until the day we were leaving. I texted management but no one said anything. A lot of the outlets did not work. No one ever got back to me about the string lights on the 2nd deck. First deck was very filthy. No one cared to clean it. The hot tub was covered in pollen as well as the entire deck. The dishes had cheese and other food from the previous renters I'm assuming that the cleaners never even looked over. It's a good sized cabin and can definitely fit more than 10 people. Would I come again? Maybe. Only if I couldn't find anything else near the area. Plus was that they did let us check out later than originally agreed so that's a plus for management. Close to White Pines Lake and Calaveras Big Tree National Park. Interior of the cabin was clean when we arrived.
